Welcome to Duncraig Physiotherapy and Pilates where we aim for best quality client care in a modern friendly professional environment.

We provide assessments and correction of muscle imbalances, posture and movement patterns. As well as providing standard physiotherapy care, we have a large fully equipped Pilates' studio including a Power Plate. We provide private Pilates' instruction as well as 20 mat work and equipment sessions a week.
